Tropical Storm Fay is in Florida and moving straight west toward Mississippi. This is hurricane country, so we are bracing for just lots of heavy rain this weekend into early next week. Fay dumped close to 30 inches on Florida. By the time it reaches Jackson it will probably dump up to 6 inches. Today, I talked to MEMA (Mississippi Emergency Management Agency) about their preparations. There should be video for this story, but we've been having some technical problems. Hopefully by the time you see it the video will work.

Fay Headed Toward Mississippi
Tropical Storm Fay is in Florida and moving straight west toward Mississippi. This is hurricane country, so we are bracing for just lots of heavy rain this weekend into early next week.
