ON-AIR VIDEO: One Still Hospitalized After Two Weekend Fires in Same Apartments

Jackson Fire investigators are scratching their heads after two weekend fires in the same apartment complex. I spoke with a victim's son and the apartment manager. Nine tenants are displaced, five were hospitalized. The apartment manager says she thinks she knows who started the fires.
